These are made up without pockets so that any patterns or designs on the fabric are not distorted. PVC slats and clips are attached to the back of the blind – these are UV resistant to avoid ongoing maintenance from sundamaged stitching or rings. The blinds can be raised and lowered by a continuous chain, or they can be cord operated.
